Pastel Colors
Pastel colors were on a brief hiatus since the 90’s but just like other trends from that era they’re making a comeback! Another new trend is that pink isn’t just for girls anymore. Many big brands are branching out and printing boys’ clothing onto light pink or salmon pink t-shirts.
For girls puff sleeve onesies and t-shirts are back also and looking so adorable! Another fun trend for baby girls are peplum tops. They add an adorable flair when paired with leggings or bloomer/diaper covers.
Pigment Tie Dyed Shirts
Tie dye prints have always been on and off in the world of fashion. They’re making a big resurgence in the fashion industry. The bright colored tie dye of the 70’s aren’t in style anymore. Now it’s all about tie dyes in muted tones and like gray and white known as smoke or tans and white known as latte.

Hoodies & Jogger Pants
Oversized everything seems to be on trend as of late. Babies and toddlers sporting hoodies or matching tracksuits is a classic trend and always in style. Early 2000’s it was the velour tracksuits, 2010’s sports tracksuits became popular again, now in 2020’s oversized sweatshirts with joggers are now all the rage.

Neutral and Earth Tone Shades
Neutral shades like beige, cream and black are still taking over the baby clothing trends in 2023. These classic colors are also joined by “nearly neutrals” like sage and blush pink. Earthy shades like olive, burgundy, muted blue, mustard and rust are also trending in baby clothing. These are easy to mix and match for everyday wear. Especially neutral onesies and earth tone onesies. They’re a huge hit!
Some parents opt for textured neutral toned baby clothes. Which adds a little character to a muted colored garment. It’s a baby clothing trend we don’t see ending any time soon.
Gender Neutral Clothing
It may be surprising in the day and age of elaborate gender reveal parties that more and more parents are opting for gender neutral clothing. Whether they’re keeping the gender a surprise or they want to reuse the clothing for future children who may be a different gender, it is now very commonplace. There are tons of stylish clothing to choose from that are anything but basic. Unisex onesies are beloved classics parents love!
