Is there a minimum order quantity for custom t-shirts?
At KidsBlanks by Zoe, you can order 1 or 150 t-shirts. No matter the quantity, we will be able to fulfill your custom t-shirt needs with our No Minimum Print Service!
What file types are needed for screen printing?
The best file format to send your artwork in is an AI. (Adobe Indesign) file or high-resolution PSD file. This means your resolution should be at 300 DPI. If you can’t send your artwork as an AI or high-res PDF, the next best way is a vector PDF or a high-resolution PNG or JPEG.

How long does it take for my order to be printed?*
- The typical standard turnaround time for an order to be printed is 2 weeks (10 business days)
- Virtual artwork must be approved
- A 50% deposit must be submitted

Where is your printing facility located?
We are located in Orange County, California – All of our screen printing, digital transfer & sublimation printing services are done in-house. Proudly serving Orange County and Los Angeles County with custom t-shirt printing.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, if you require a quick turnaround (less than 10 business days) an additional $150 fee can be applied.
How do you make sure designs print accurately on dark garments?
For great color accuracy on dark garments, it is important to have the colors used within your design set to Pantone Color. To prevent the garment color from appearing through the print we use a printed method called Flash Curing to create more vivid and accurate prints.
How do I submit my design for a custom print order?
Submit a quote request along with your art file and one of our team members will assist in having your design or logo printed.
What fabrics work best for screen printing?
The fabric type that works best for silk screen printing is natural fabrics such as our 100% Cotton and Poly-Cotton Blend. Cotton absorbs color very well especially water-based inks.
What fabric works best for sublimation printing?
Our 100% Polyester garments have been specifically designed for sublimation printing. Unlike traditional screen printing, dye-sublimation embeds your design or logo directly into the fibers of the garments creating a longer-lasting print that will not fade, crack or peel.
What fabric works best for digital transfer printing?
Our digital transfer printing is done on either our 100% Cotton or 65% Polyester / 35% Cotton Blend garments. Digital printing is a great alternative to screen printing on dark garments at a quarter of the cost.
