If you need to return something, no problemo. You can request a refund or an exchange or a credit, as you wish. Please examine the contents of your order upon arrival and let us know right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 30 days from the invoice date to get an RA# (Return Authorization Number). After 30 days no returns are possible. Call and get an RA# to put on the outside of the box. (Without it there will be confusion). Returned items must be in resellable, original condition.

We'll refund the shipping and/or pay for the same shipping to replace the item only if we made a mistake. If we did not do anything wrong, then we still have no problem with a refund or exchange, but we won't refund the shipping.
Refused orders invoke a 20% restock fee.
Orders placed before 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the SAME DAY.
Orders placed after 11am (PST) Monday - Friday are shipped the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Shipping cost is based on weight. Light stuff costs less than heavy stuff. There's nothing tricky going on here.
Please keep in mind when choosing shipping options that only business days are counted, not holidays or weekend days.
